🔧 We're a small crew of mechanics-turned-developers who got tired of juggling paper spec sheets, sticky notes, and five different converter apps just to finish one job. So we built the one tool we always wished we had.

Pitstop Fixybox was built as a self-contained digital workbench: every calculator, tracker, and reference tool runs entirely on your device. This policy explains, plainly, what that means for your privacy — and the short answer is that we don't collect anything to begin with.

  1. 1. Information We CollectPitstop Fixybox collects absolutely no personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or analytics of any kind. There are no sign-ups, no accounts, and no forms — the app simply has nothing to gather.
  2. 2. How We Use InformationBecause no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. Your tolerance calculations, job records, and reference notes exist for your use alone, not ours.
  3. 3. Data StorageAll job tickets, calculator inputs, repair notes, and settings are stored locally on your device's storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server or synced to a cloud account, since Pitstop Fixybox doesn't operate one.
  4. 4. Third-Party ServicesThe app contains no third-party analytics software development kits, no advertising networks, and no embedded trackers of any kind. It functions as a standalone offline tool, not a connected service.
  5. 5. Data SecuritySince your information never leaves your device, it is never exposed to network interception, remote breaches, or server-side vulnerabilities. Standard device-level protections (passcode, encryption) further safeguard your local records.
  6. 6. Children's PrivacyPitstop Fixybox does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data collection mechanism exists in the app, it is inherently compliant with children's privacy protection standards such as COPPA.
  7. 7. Your ControlYou remain in full control of your data at every moment. There are no accounts to manage or delete. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored calculator history, job records, and reference notes from your device.
  8. 8. Changes to This PolicyShould this policy ever be updated to reflect new app features, the revised version will be published with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how the app handles information, if any, will be clearly noted here.
